Requirements for listing:

1. Entries are free for all community wide nonprofit events.
2. Short listings should be submitted using the form below.
3. A home page for your event that is linked from the calendar can also be setup free of charge if the following conditions are met:
   • Materials for the page are submitted via email, on disk or printed on white paper suitable for scanning.
     
   • Your organization includes the URL (web address) for your page in your other promotional materials (flyers, brochures, etc)
     
   • Hubris Communications is acknowledged in any listing of sponsors contributing to the event.
